I was lucky enough to be born and raised in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina and i loved it here so much that i never left i still operate out of my hometown of Franklin North Carolina. Being that i am local to the area i understand that not everyone can afford those crazy high service bills so i make it a point to do what i can to meet the financial needs of all my customers. I am always willing to lose some on a service call if that means a family needs are taking care of so never hesitate to ask.
